About the Journal
The Journal of Education, Technology, Higher Education and Skills Development (JETHES) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and professional practice in education, educational technology, higher education, technical and vocational education and training (TVET), adult and community education, skills development, and digital learning.
The journal aims to provide a multidisciplinary platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and postgraduate students to publish high-quality research that contributes to the transformation and development of education and skills systems within Africa and globally.
JETHES particularly encourages research that explores technology integration, teaching and learning innovation, digital transformation, curriculum development, workplace learning, distance education, quality assurance, community education, and sustainable skills development in diverse educational contexts.

Current Issue
The inaugural issue of the Journal of Education, Technology, Higher Education and Skills Development (JETHES) presents scholarly contributions that critically engage contemporary debates in education, technology integration, lifelong learning, higher education transformation, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), adult education, and skills development within Global South contexts.
This issue foregrounds innovative research and critical reflections addressing educational transformation, digital inclusion, social justice, artificial intelligence in education, distance learning, curriculum innovation, and emerging pedagogical practices across diverse educational environments. The issue aims to contribute to international scholarship by promoting interdisciplinary dialogue and research that advances inclusive, responsive, and transformative educational practices.
